NAPLES, Fla. – October 24, 2024 – Stock Custom Homes, Stock Development's custom home building division, received five awards at the Collier Building Industry Association's 2024 Sand Dollar Awards. The highly coveted awards mark excellence in building, development, interior design, and marketing in Southwest Florida.
They earned the Product Design of the Year award for their grand estate at 1835 Gulfshore Blvd South in Naples. The multi-generational oasis has numerous unique and luxurious architectural qualities designed by Stofft Cooney Architects and was interiorly designed by Ficarra Design Associates to have a charm consistent with a classic Florida beach home.
